For those booking non-residential you must book at least 24 hours before arriving.
无住宿者必须在参加法会的二十四小时之前将报名表格转交到主办单位。
Use One Booking Form Per Person. Bookings for the Festival will be accepted only if made at least 24 hours in advance of attendance either online or on an official paper booking form and accompanied by a 25% non-refundable deposit. Bookings cannot be transferred to any other person.
请参加者各自填写一份报名表格。填写的报名表格连同２５％订金必须在参加法会的二十四小时之前转交给单位。（订金不能退还。报名表格不能转移于他人。尽请原谅。）
You will receive a letter confirming the details of your booking and payment. Please keep this safe and bring it with you to the Festival. If you are not able to show your confirmation letter you will be required to show some form of photographic identification (eg. passport) in order to register for the Festival.
你将会收到确认通知信件，确认你已报名及支付款项的資料。请将表格收藏好，携带此确认通知以作法会当日登记之用。如无法示出确认信，就必须以其它备有你个人照片的登件，如护照，做登记。
Refund Policy: If you cancel before November 21st we will refund all except the non-refundable 25% deposit. Once the Festival has started, no refunds are given if you cancel all or part of your Festival. Exceptions may be made in circumstances such as sickness or bereavement when you should apply by e-mail to the KMC Singapore Administrative Director, at info@nkt-kmc-singapore.org within two weeks of the end of the Festival. Any non-refunded fees arising from cancellations are donated to the NKT International Temples Project.
退款条例：如你在十一月二十一号之前取消你的报名表格，除了２５％不退还订金，主办单位将偿还你所支付的款项。法会开始之后，主办单位将不能接受取消报名表格的要求。唯有特殊因素如生病或亲人丧失例外。你可以电邮噶当巴禅修中心新加坡行政主管info@nkt-kmc-singapore.org。申请函必须在法会结束后的两个星期内转交。所有因取消法会预定而集纳的不退还訂金都将会捐赠于国际寺庙计划。

Early Arrivals and Late Stays: If you need accommodation before or after the Festival, please book directly with City Beach Resort. If you are attending the Post Festival retreat please book with KMC Singapore directly. Payment for the Festival does not include accommodation for the night of the final day, November 28th.
如须提前到达或延迟离开法会地点，请直接与城市滨海渡假村预订你的住宿。如有参加继法会的闭关，请与噶当巴禅修中心新加坡预订你的住宿。支付的款项并没包括法会最后一天（十一月二十八号）的住宿。
Parking: There is no charge for parking on-site.
