All sessions in the Meditation Hall will be conducted in English.
所有课程都以英语教授。
We can provide simultaneous translation into Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese. Please book in advance as space is limited.
我们能同时提供粤语，华语 即日语的翻译。因为设施有限， 请提早报名通知。
Please do not book for a translation place if you do not require this facility.

Special Needs 特别需求
If you have any special needs such as difficulty with stairs please let us know by e-mail or letter in advance and we will try to help as much as possible. We regret that we cannot cater for special dietary requirements because we have to cater for such large numbers.
如有任何特别的需要，比如上梯级的困难,请提早通知。我们会尽量给予协助。由于大量的人数，很遗憾无法提供特别的饮食要求。
Arrival & Registration 抵达/登记
For security reasons, when you arrive to register you will be asked for your confirmation letter. If you do not have it with you, you will be asked to show some other form of photo identification, such as your passport, or driving licence.
为了保安，当你抵达登記处，请示出你的確认函或含有个人照片的证件，如护照或驾驶执照。
Registration will be from 3pm – 7pm on Friday, November 25th. The Festival will end with lunch on Monday, November 28th.
登记时间是由十一月二十五日星期五下午三点正至七点正。
When you register on arrival, please be prepared to pay the full balance of your bill either in cash (Singapore dollars), or a cheque drawn on a bank in Singapore. Please make cheques payable to Odiyana Buddhist Meditation Society. We regret we cannot accept any currency other than Singapore dollars.
请在登记时将你未偿付的剩余款项缴交主办单位。可以于现款或本地支票支付：（Odiyana Buddhist Meditation Society）。只受新币，尽请原谅。
What to Bring 携带
Generally, you will find it helpful to bring clothes for hot and humid weather, waterproofs or umbrella and relevant prayer booklets (see below). You will need insect repellent.
请携带一些适合于热带及潮湿气候的衣服，驱虫剂，雨伞及相关的祈祷文（如下）。
Music Players & Musical Instruments 唱机与乐器
The Festivals are a time of peace, quiet, and reflection. It is for this reason that we ask you not to bring musical instruments or sound systems of any kind to the Festival.
为了让大家能享有个平静，安宁及适宜深思的精神假期，请勿带唱机或乐器到法会现场。
Car Parking 停车场
There is ample free parking on-site.
法会现场有足够的免费停车位。
Pets 宠物
Please note that it is not possible to bring pets to the Festival.

Security 保安
All participants will be required to wear a Festival Pass at all times. Please co-operate fully with this requirement for the sake of the safety and smooth running of the Festival. Please note that the Festival Management cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items or cars parked on or off City Beach Resort. Please bring essential items only and carry valuables with you.
为了使法会能安全及顺利的进行，恳请大家在这方面给以充分的合作。法会参与者必须随身佩带法会证。请只携带必需品到法会现场。贵重物件请随身携带。主办当局不能承担任何私人财务的损失（包括车辆）。
Voluntary Work 自愿工作
The entire Festival is organised and run by volunteers. Therefore, we ask everyone attending the Festival to help with a small amount of voluntary work such as preparing, serving, clearing, cleaning, setting up, etc. You will have an opportunity to volunteer on the day of your arrival and throughout your stay.
整法会是由志愿者举办。因此，欢迎所有参与者随时给以任何方面的协助， 比如筹备，清除及清洗等等。
Catering 餐饮服务
There will be three meals provided each day for those who have booked accommodation and two meals a day for non-residents. A variety of savoury snacks and meals are available from the Festival Cafe. Please note that no food may be stored or prepared in any of the rooms, or anywhere on City Beach Resort.
住宿费用包括每日三餐，非住宿费用则包括每日两餐。法会咖啡厅也将会售卖各种可口的小吃及膳食。
Prayer Booklets 祈祷文
You will require a copy of Prayers for Meditation for the teachings and meditations, Wishfulfilling Jewel for evening prayers, and Essence of Good Fortune for the retreat sessions. All these prayer booklets will be available for sale in the Festival Shop.
请携带禅修祈祷文，如意寶薈供祈祷文及福德精要祈祷文。祈祷文也将会在法会期间出售。
